Taylor Swift Says ‘I Love You’ To Calvin Harris, Wears One Of His T-Shirts

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are already saying those three little words to each other, and sharing each other’s clothing. Does that mean that they’re one step closer to getting engaged sometime soon?

Taylor Swift, 25, is causing engagement rumors to swirl once again. After performing her hit song, “Shake It Off,” during the finale of her 1989 concert in Los Angeles on Sunday, August 24, she bowed to the screaming crowd inside the Staples Center. Swift was then seen mouthing “I love you” to her boyfriend, Calvin Harris, 31, who made a surprise appearance in the audience. He was also seen beaming and mouthing the words “I love you” back to his girl.

Taylor’s recent public display of affection was captured by one of her fans on Tumblr. The fan video was shared on the micro-blogging site, according to a previous report via E! News. Taylor confirmed that she loved Calvin by simply liking the post, according to HollyWireTV.

This isn’t the first time that Taylor Swift has expressed her love for DJ Calvin Harris. During her Glasgow show, she mentioned that she “loves Scottish people, personally.”

Swift has also expressed her love for Harris by wearing one of his trademark T-Shirts. The singer-songwriter was photographed wearing the DJ’s gray t-shirt. Fans made the connection thanks to her 1989 track, “You Are in Love,” which describes how two people fall in love for each other and all of the little signs that prove it. In fact, it was inspired by Swift’s best friend, Lena Dunham, and her relationship with Jack Antonoff.

The lyrics go: “Morning, his place / Burnt toast, Sunday / You keep his shirt / He keeps his word / And for once you let go of your fears and your ghosts / One step, not much / But it said enough / You kissed on sidewalks / You fight and you talk / One night, he wakes / Strange look on his face / Pauses, then says / ‘You’re my best friend’ / And you knew what it was / He is in love.”

A photo of Calvin wearing the gray t-shirt has been circulating on Tumblr for several months now. When a recent photo of Taylor wearing a similar style t-shirt popped up on social media, it made fans wonder if it was in fact Calvin’s t-shirt that she was wearing. Who knew that the lyrics of her song would foreshadow that Taylor’s in love with Calvin Harris!

Of course, some of Swift’s fans took to Tumblr to point it out. One user named “messofadreamer-13” wrote: “Taylor wore Calvin’s shirt in loft 89… ‘you keep his shirt, he keeps his words.’ I’m not fine at all.”
