The creepiest, weirdest WTF video you’ll see in a long time

I just don’t know what to say about this video. Drugs: highly likely. Creepy: check. Weird: check. WTF on steroids: most definitely. Sadly the title and caption provides no help, reading only “lalala omg wtf haha” and “Best video evar!!!!”

I’d say enjoy, but there’s no joy here. Bonus: it’s not from Japan.
