Corey Simms And Wife Miranda Confront Leah Messer With Drug Use Allegations On ‘Teen Mom 2’ [Video]

Corey Simms and his wife Miranda sit down with his ex-wife, Leah Messer, on the upcoming episode of Teen Mom 2. After months of custody hearings and drama regarding Messer’s so-called bad parenting choices, including her failure to get her daughters to school on time, Corey Simms and his wife confront Messer with allegations of a possible drug problem.

On August 24, Starcasm shared the first look at the new sneak peek.

During the show, Messer sits down with Corey Simms and his wife, and reveals her plans to go to therapy, but denies she’s seeking treatment for a drug problem at a rehab facility, instead explaining she’s doing a more “intense therapy.”

Corey Simms then brings up the rumors regarding Messer’s impending divorce from Jeremy Calvert, which she confirms.

During previous issues of the show, Messer has been seen at odds with Calvert, who has also spoken of a possible addiction issue on the show. Still, Messer claims she’s simply going away for a few weeks to help her get to a better place within herself.

“Do you think that after you go to this rehab, that you’re going to be better, you’re going to be able to deal with things?” Corey Simms’ wife asks Messer upon hearing of her plan.

“Oh yeah! I feel like me going there, I’m going to be able to be a better mom and be the best mom that I can be,” Messer responds.

“So you are owning up to — that you haven’t been able to be the best, like, person for your kids? Are you owning up to that?” Corey Simms’ wife continues.

Although Messer, who was married to Corey Simms from late 2010 to mid 2011, says she won’t admit to being a “bad mom,” she did tell Corey Simms and his wife that she’s been dealing with much more than they know about. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Messer hinted this is an ongoing problem just days ago.

“I’m the girl who is always there for people when they need a friend,” read a message posted to Facebook. “I’m also the girl who faces many issues alone, but will still do anything to see someone else smile.”

“We understand what you deal with. We’re saying is there something that you take to deal with that problem?” Corey Simms then asks Messer.

While Messer has admitted to taking pain medication to deal with her headaches, she tells her ex-husband, Corey Simms, there is “no drug problem,” but Corey Simms isn’t convinced.

“I think I know that there’s a drug problem, and I think that you’re afraid to tell me,” he tells her.
