Kim Kardashian Makes Surprise Visit To Seriously Ill Fan Amidst Busy Day With Nephew
Kim Kardashian may not have the best reputation and definitely has her share of haters, but the star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians proved on Saturday that she has quite the heart when she made a young girl’s dreams come true. The always fashionable and very pregnant Kim turned up unexpectedly at a hospital to surprise a seriously ill fan while spending the day with her nephew, Mason Disick.
Kim was contacted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation on behalf of a young female fan. The charity foundation aids children with life threatening illnesses, and the world famous organization reached out to Kim with a most favorable response. The Kardashian posted a selfie she took with the young girl, Anissa, in a most casual manner to much approval and blessings from her loyal fans for her kindness. The smile on the young fan’s face is a testament to her joy as the posted selfie shows her lying on a bed with Kim beside her.

Kim and Mason, who is the eldest child of her sister Kourtney Kardashian and Soctt Disick, seemed to have a full day planned that was made all the more special by the visit to Anissa. Dressed in a white maxi dress that clung to her baby bump and highlighted her cleavage, the 34-year-old wore beige sandals and a long peach jacket.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation official Instagram account took the time to show their appreciation and thanked the star for her deed. They regrammed the post, with their message.
“Thank you, @kimkardashian, for being an awesome wish granter!”
Kim later took young Mason with her to Toys “R” Us and made quite the splash again. She was spotted pushing a very full shopping cart that included some mermaid toys. It seems that mermaids are quite the hot topic for the Kardashian clan right now, as just last week during a family vacation, Kim posted the most adorable picture of daughter, North West and Mason’s younger sister Penelope Disick, in mermaid costumes. North, 2 and Penelope, 3 were being entertained by a “real-life mermaid” and no doubt learning how to be the perfect sea creatures.
Kim, who is pregnant with her and husband Kanye West’s second child, was hardly able to enjoy the full vacation experience as the ever growing baby bump forced her to sit out some of the more robust activities, like water skiing. Being 6 months pregnant does do that, though.

Following her adventures with Mason and Anissa in the day, Kim, Kourtney and their sister Kendall Jenner, 19, attended FYF Fest, where Kanye was a headliner.
