Harry Styles And Louis Tomlinson Sex Tape Rumor Goes Viral: Larry Stylinson Shippers Blame Niall Horan

Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson have been dogged by rumors that they’re secretly gay throughout the entirety of their time with One Direction, and some fans are so convinced that the guys are lovers that they’ve even mashed up their names to create the fictional celebrity couple, Larry Stylinson. These “Larry shippers” likely got the thrill of their lives when they saw the hashtag #sextapelarry trending on Twitter. However, as you’ve most likely guessed, the guys have not actually created a sex tape together.

According to Gossip Cop, a source close to One Direction revealed that Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and the rest of the guys generally don’t get their knickers in a twist over the silly trending topics that many Directioners seem to be so fond of. The boys even find some of them “amusing.”

However, while Harry Styles might be able to laugh off the Larry Stylinson sex tape rumor, Louis probably wasn’t smiling if he happened to notice it. According to Sugarscape, Louis once angrily lashed out at a Larry shipper on Twitter by informing the fan that Larry “is the biggest load of bulls**t.” You’d think One Direction fans wouldn’t want to make Louis that angry again, but they just keep on pushing the gay rumor.

Louis isn’t the only one who gets too wound up about rumors. According to Gossip Cop’s source, Harry Styles and the rest of the guys are concerned about the way their fans react to silly trending hashtags like #sextapelarry. They reportedly don’t want Directioners to waste their time fighting “over stuff that’s fake.” However, the sex tape hashtag sparked a Twitter skirmish between Larry shippers and other fans who are tired of this small group’s continued attempts to spread untrue rumors about Harry and Louis. The battle included manipulated photos and rants about how creepy Larries can be, and some fans blamed Niall Horan for starting the sex tape rumor.

According to Unreality TV, the sex tape rumor likely started trending simply because the One Direction fandom was bored. However, it’s also possible that Larry shippers were trying to give themselves a little pick-me-up in the wake of the terrible news that they’ve been struggling to come to terms with. As Cosmopolitan points out, Larries were devastated when they learned that Louis impregnated a stylist named Briana Jungwirth. Some fans even tried to claim that Larry was using Briana as a surrogate for their own child.

Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson haven’t weighed in on the sex tape rumor, but they might appreciate it if their very imaginative fans could find a more productive way to spend their time online.
