Kris Jenner Hopes Kylie’s Relationship With Tyga Will Draw In Viewers
Kris Jenner reportedly told friends at Jennifer Lawrence’s recent birthday party that she thinks her daughter, Kylie, will be even more famous than Kim Kardashian, because she’s already enjoyed much more success at a young age than Kim did. She’s also hoping that Kylie’s relationship with rapper Tyga will garner more viewers for the Kardashian brood’s various reality shows, according to a source.
“Kris spent much of the night proudly talking about her daughters and how much people loved them. Kris also went on and on about how Kylie is going to be even more popular and famous than Kim, as she’s already much more famous at 18 than Kim was. She thinks Kylie’s relationship with Tyga could quite possibly pull in more viewers and be bigger than Kim and Kanye’s wedding. If that were to happen, Kris would flirt with the idea of having Kylie and Tyga do their own show, if they’re willing,” the source said.
Not that the family needs help getting people to watch their shows. Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons have both enjoyed vast amounts of success over the years, spawning the Kardashian girls’ fashion lines and Kylie and Kendall Jenner’s modeling careers.
Kris Jenner and her family are no strangers to headlines, either. In recent weeks, Kris has been in the news for a confrontational sit-down with Caitlyn Jenner and for posting a mind-bending photo of herself in bed with Jennifer Lawrence on Instagram. The pic was snapped at Jennifer’s birthday party, and the duo appear to have some inside jokes together, according to the caption.
According to the Daily Mail, Kris Jenner doesn’t just have issues with Caitlyn for the way she handled their divorce, she’s also gotten “competitive” about her looks. Caitlyn famously made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair in a sexy, glam one-piece, and has not been shy about showing off her figure in recent weeks.
“Kris won’t admit it, but seeing Caitlyn look so amazing as a new woman has brought out her competitive side,” a source told the magazine.
