Good news for people looking at purchasing the iPhone 6s. The newest version of the phone will have a better camera than its predecessor. According to the Business Insider, Apple’s upgrade over the iPhone 6 will be equipped with a 12-megapixel camera that will have a larger sensor built in.

With the bigger sensor, the iPhone 6s will be able to take in more light, creating vivid shots. With a 12-megapixel camera being confirmed, Apple is starting to ponder other improvements for future phones. For instance, the iPhone 7 may feature a six-layer lens, a source told Business Insider. If that were to happen, all photos will have stronger detail with less distortion and fewer flaws. For now, just knowing that the six-layer lens is in consideration serves as a reminder that Apple wants to pull out all of the stops for its customers.

The five-layer lens will do just fine as it has with the past iPhone models, including the iPhone 6, iPhone 5, and 5s. The screen resolution and editing functions for the iPhone 6s will be the greatest Apple has put together. From a picture taking standpoint, the 12-megapixel camera in the iPhone 6s might be a game-changer for the technological giant.

There will be additional features added to the next wave of iPhones.

The iPhone 6s will be the technological prequel to the iPhone 7. If consumers love the iPhone 6s and the reviews are favorable, do not be surprised to see Apple implementing some other features going forward that will revolutionize the smartphone market for years to come.

There is so much talk and speculation regarding Apple’s next smartphone that no one knows what to believe, but everyone loves what they have heard. As a result, the anticipation for the next wave of iPhones is fairly high.

The speed of the A9 processor in the iPhone 6s was 68.6 percent faster than the A8 processor installed in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

The next phone will certainly be called the iPhone 6s, but it is essentially a new product. Normally, when a device receives an update there are a few subtle changes, yet nothing drastic. A vastly improved camera and the upgrade to the processor is not subtle changes. Apple is thinking big with the iPhone 6s.
