Did he or didn’t he? The cheating scandal surrounding Jon Gosselin of Jon & Kate Plus 8 fame has continued on its merry tabloid way with Us Weekly publishing new details and photographs, and Jon denying the reports.
According to the Us Weekly report, five people close to the situation, including the brother of Jon’s alleged mistress Deanna Hummel, have confirmed the affair. The report claims that Jon hooked up with 23 year old school teacher Humme at the Chill Lounge in Reading, Pennsylvania in mid-January. The brother claims Jon relentlessly pursued his sister and began coming to their home in Reading by mid-February.
The colorful quotes from Jason Humme include him saying the two would “pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He’s a grown man…A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast.”
Us Weekly also published photographs showing Deanna Humme sunbathing with Jon at his home while wife Kate was out of town.
The couple though have responded, denying the affair. In an interview with EW, Jon said “I may be guilty of choosing the wrong time and place to hang out with my friends, but I am not guilty of cheating on my wife.” Kate added “It’s disturbing and unfortunate that these tabloids have gone as far as they have to try and bring us down. Jon’s poor judgment and irresponsible behavior has also without a doubt caused some added tension and stress between the two of us.”

I don't believe that this happened, I just think that the reporters wanted to add some more stress to their lives and figured that this would be the easiest thing to do to cause the problems. People need to stay out of everyone lives. Lets put it this way if you where out with your friends of the oppisite sex and you was married and was doing nothing but hanging out, and then all of a sudden you see your picture in the magazine saying you cheated on your spouse. What would you do? Of course it would cause a strain on the marriage and a hole bunch of stuff. Everyone should just leave others alone. The Bible says, to treat others as you would want them to treat you. So my question is to all of you reporters, is this how you want to be treated if you was just hanging out with some friends, I don't think so. Just think about it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its amazing how Delusional people of the public can be. The Gosslins are normal people. Jon is a man. Of course he would try to score some strange while his wife is out of town. I think it was easier for him to let the tabloids tell Kate about his affair then him do it himself. It wouldnt surprise me either if she had her “puddy” scratched also. After all, I'm sure she had the heads up about this affair along time ago. Women are way smarter than men and always will be. Its amazing how timing for this season of Jon and Kate will eventually be replaced by “Table for 12″

i was soo sad last night to see them not really talking to each other and it hurts me to think that there will be no more jon and kate. i don't believe that jon did anything wrong and i think that kate needs some time away from her kids. yes so does jon,but they need to remember what is important and that is their 8 kids,and they need to remember why they married each other in the first place. all plp change and the way you love your better half is always changing to some degree,but if you just keep remembering why you married that person in the first place it makes it easy to except their changes. good luck jon and kate i'm pulling for you guys to see that you still love each other.

I for one was crushed when I watched the season premier of John and Kate plus 8. You could definitely see the hurt Kate has and the kids seemed to be acting out more then any other episode I had ever watched. Yes, I will agree that Kate is nasty and overbearing with John. I think at the same time with 8 kids you HAVE to be in control of everything every minute of the day or things would spiral out of control. He seemed to be more distant about the situation and almost smug. If you invite the world into your home (which by the way they have a VERY nice one now) you have to expect to be watched by the world. My opinion is he made a huge mistake and hurt 10people for is own selfish desires. I also think he is jealous of the success that Kate is making . If I could say one thing to John it would be( Grow up! You have 8 kids to think about. What you did will forever change them. You are being SELFISH) I dont know if i will even to keep watching the show because I Loved it so much because of the family love and reality of two people doing their best two raise their 8 miracles. He ruined that for them and me. Now I feel sadd for Kate and the kids and to be honest cant stand to even look at him anymore.

I think Kate is getting what she desevres…..she is so mean to Jon,always putting him down on national t.v…..In the early days Jon would get the kids up in the morning,get their breakfast and get them ready for school because Kate isn”t a morning person….whats wrong with this picture…then he would come home from work give all kids a bath and put them to bed…..where's Kate…and on Mondays show how many times did she say ALONE…wah wah….you did this to yourself,don't even blame Jon…All you think about is all the money you are making you don't care about anyone else,wake up Kate……Quit thinking of yourself…get help for Maddy please she's going to turn out just like you WAKE UP KATE……WAKE UP KATE.

well I think that all this fame and fortune has gone to kate's head…. from the beginning they were normal parents raising 8 babies together.. doing all the things that normal parent's do…. and then all of a sudden things started getting rocky and going down hill….
any woman out there that is married would love to be able to stay in bed in the morning while thier husband gets the kids off to school before he goes to work… what a guy…..something that i never had…..
I believe that once this is all dead an gone Kate is going to realize that she lost a wonderful person that any woman would love to have for better or for worse…… guess them marriage vows didn't mean anything to U Kate…. and to think that u took them twice.. GO FIGURE……
