Vicki Gunvalson And Brooks Ayers Had A Relationship Contract?

Vicki Gunvaslon and Brooks Ayers reportedly had a relationship contract, despite having not been married. On August 19, days after the former Real Housewives of Orange County couple ended their relationship, a Radar Online source revealed details of that contract.

“[Vicki Gunvalson] and Brooks has a renter’s agreement that was simply an agreement that said any rent paid by Brooks did not count as equity on [Vicki Gunvalson]’s house. It was only a contract that they had with each other and [Vicki Gunvalson] continues to own the house completely. It was just a simple renter’s agreement … nothing more, nothing less.”

Vicki Gunvalson had been dating Ayers for four years prior to their split, which, as the Inquisitr reported, the couple announced via a joint statement on Facebook, and much of their relationship was chronicled for The Real Housewives of Orange County. But now, Vicki Gunvalson and Ayers have parted ways, and, because of their relationship contact, they have seemed to do so amicably, with Vicki Gunvalson remaining in her Orange County home, and Ayers moving out.

“Brooks is completely out of [Vicki Gunvalson]’s house and has taken his belongings with him. Brooks’ main priority right now has to be his recovery and beating his cancer. Everything else will have to come second but while he is doing this he wants to completely step out of the spotlight.”

Although there have been several reports regarding Ayers possibly faking his cancer diagnosis, both he and Vicki Gunvalson have insisted he is struggling with the illness, and Gunvalson has even claimed to have attended his chemotherapy treatments.

In their joint statement, Vicki Gunvalson and Ayers revealed they had tried to mend their relationship with counseling, but ultimately decided their time together had come to an end. Speaking to fans, Vicki Gunvalson explained that while the remaining episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County will show herself and Ayers as a couple, they were filmed months ago, prior to the split. Vicki Gunvalson also told fans she would not be commenting further on the situation. As for Ayers, he has shared a number of tweets regarding his split from Vicki Gunvalson, one of which denied recent rumors that alleged he had been telling his friends that Vicki Gunvalson ruined his life.
