Meghan King Edmonds Talks Brooks Ayers Cancer, Her ‘Healthy, Happy’ Relationship With Husband Jim

Meghan King Edmonds has doubted Brooks Ayers’ cancer diagnosis since season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County began, and now, midway through the season, not much has changed. During a new interview on Monday, August 17, Meghan King Edmonds admitted there’s much more drama surrounding Ayers and his illness as the season continues.

“I’m the one who says what the psychic said and there’s a lot of fall out from that,” Meghan King Edmonds told E! News during 102.7 KIISFM’s Pre-Teen Choice Awards party.

“I’ve been waiting for this episode since we wrapped filming. I think there’s going to be a lot of strong opinions both ways… I have my own suspicions and therefore somewhat of a conclusion. At the same time, I’ve been really affected by cancer and that’s why I think I feel so strongly about this because I see how cancer can rock everyone’s world. Not just close relatives, but everybody.”

While Meghan King Edmonds has made some pretty big statements regarding Ayers’ cancer diagnosis, she told E! News she feels confident in her statements, and said she’ll defend herself if she feels her statements are correct.

As for her marriage to Jim Edmonds, Meghan King Edmonds said their relationship was “really happy” and “healthy,” as is her relationship with his daughter, Haley, 17.

“You can attack me and my marriage all you want, but when you attack my kids, it’s war.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Meghan King Edmonds had a close-knit relationship with Haley’s mother, Jim’s first wife LeAnn, who recently passed away from cancer, but her relationship with Jim’s second wife, Allison is said to be strained. Last week, after Meghan King Edmonds called Allison an “unhappy person” on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Radar Online reported she and Allison had come to blows privately after Meghan King Edmonds told her she should be treated as her “equal,” when it came to parenting Allison and Jim’s two children.

Meghan King Edmonds reportedly also came to blows with her husband’s second wife over her refusal to cease sharing photos of her children on social media.

“[Meghan King Edmonds] has no respect for Allison, and does what she wants when it comes to Allison’s children. She posts photos of the kids on her social media. When Allison told her she was upset and asked her to take the pictures down, Meghan refused.”
