Miranda Lambert, Ashley Monroe Bond On Date Night As Blake Shelton Heals From Divorce With Adam Levine Bromance [Video]

Miranda Lambert and Ashley Monroe are best friends, and the country singers have become even closer since Miranda split with Blake. Now, as Lambert gets ready for the single life, Ashley is right by her side, reported People.

Monroe shared a photo of her girls’ night with Miranda. Lambert and Ashley made it clear that when they’re on their ladies-only date night, they want to focus on fun rather than fuss about their futures.

Since their Pistol Annies group days, Monroe and Miranda have been BFFs.

Lambert hasn’t had it easy since the 31-year-old split with 39-year-old Blake after four years of married life and a decade together.

“I wish I’ve been drinking all day. I deserve it: I just got divorced,” Miranda announced at a concert recently.

But Lambert and Ashley both had fun on their date night, reported Us Weekly.

“I feel like I’m on to something good,” read the reference to Monroe’s song in one of their social media posts about their fun.

Miranda recently performed with her BFF in Nashville, singing Lambert’s “Heart Like Mine.”

Ashley praised her friend’s courage.

“It means a lot to me that she’s even up on stage with me,” said Monroe. “She’s a very brave person and I look up to her a lot for it.”

Shelton and Lambert issued a traditional statement as a couple.

“This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”

While Ashley consoles her friend, does Blake have a BFF like Monroe to help him recover from the divorce? Shelton turns to BFF Adam Levine, with whom he’s had a famed bromance (brothers, shortened to “bros,” plus romance, equal “bromance” in the world of Adam and Blake) on The Voice, reported E! News.

Shelton and Levine frequently canoodle, with Adam perched on Blake’s lap. They hug, dance, clap, and – being bros, y’all – occasionally curse.

And when Blake appeared on Saturday Night Live, he even mocked his bromance with Levine, as the Inquisitr reported.

And Shelton also revealed Miranda’s fear about his appearance.

“I think there’s a little part of Miranda that’s really worried about this. I mean, just to be completely honest,” Shelton confessed.

When asked why she was stressed, Blake admitted that she plays the role of stage mom when it comes to reining him in his wilder side.

“Miranda’s always the one when we’re at parties or something and I’m being funny and I start taking it too far into gross land or whatever, she’s the one that’s always like, ‘Blake! Blake, stop it.’ She won’t be here when we do this and there won’t be anybody.”

And now, after Shelton’s and Lambert’s divorce, there won’t be anybody unless Adam steps up for the bromance.
