Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield And Others Announced As MTV Movie Awards Presenters


Emma Stone and her Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield have been announced as two of MTV’s presenters when the MTV Movie Awards hit the airwaves on June 3, 2012.

The co-starring pair join previously announced stars that include other Hollywood heavyweights including:

Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart, Mark Wahlberg, Chris Hemsworth, Mila Kunis and Michael Fassbender.

This years awards ceremony includes leading nominations from The Hunger Games and Bridesmaids, both which lead the 21st annual MTV Movie Awards with eight nominations.

Receiving four nominations each for their work in various movies are:

Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill andJosh Hutcherson

Fans will once again get to chose the Movie of the Year winner which will be announced live at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City.

If you want to participate in voting you can do so at MTV.com right up until the show broadcasts on June 3.

According to MTV:

“The telecast will air across MTV’s global network of more than 60 channels reaching more than 600 million households around the world as well as through syndication. In addition, its convergent programming and content will reach the entire interactive community, via MTV’s more than 200 digital media properties around the world.”

The MTV awards season is typically full of outrageous sets, surprise guest appearance and other unexpected events that leave us willing to watch the show even if many of the nominations are a bit ridiculous.
