Christina Aguilera’s ‘Personal’ Topless Selfie Goes Viral With Fans
Christina Aguilera decided it was time for her to get a little more personal with her fans on social media, and she started that off by posting a topless selfie on her Instagram on Tuesday, according to Us Magazine. The star posed in front of a mirror wearing just a pink pair of underwear for the revealing selfie.
Showing off her body is not something new for Christina Aguilera. She used to show her body plenty during her “Dirrty” days, but she is now a mother of two young children.
She gave birth to a baby girl in 2014, and this selfie shows that she managed to lose all the baby weight from her second child. Summer Rain was born last August. She captioned the selfie post with, “Just so you know with me, it’s all real, all the time. Felt like it was time to start sharing some personal stuff with you guys… And it’s just the beginning. Night night. X.”

She did not reveal what she meant by sharing “personal stuff” on her Instagram, but her fans will surely find out exactly what she meant in the days ahead. Fans definitely enjoyed the new selfie. One fan commented the Instagram post with, “Wooooowww amazing body and personality. You are awesome Xtina.”
Aguilera has been busy taking care of her two children in recent months. Gwen Stefani once again stepped into the female slot on The Voice for the upcoming season, and she will work with Selena Gomez this season. Aguilera will surely return to The Voice for the spring edition of the reality series.
Aguilera is not at all bashful about sharing things on her Instagram, but this latest selfie was far different from the most recent photos and videos of her children.
Last month, Today reported that Christina and her fiancé, Matt Rutler, posted several videos and photos of the family enjoying some summer outings in Los Angeles. Rutler joined Instagram earlier this summer.
Christina definitely enjoys motherhood. Back in March, she opened up about being a mother with E! News, and she was not able to stop herself from gushing about her two children. Her first, Max, is from her first marriage to Jordan Bratman. He is seven-years-old.
“My children constantly inspire me, and I love being at home and cuddling with them in my sweatpants. I learn so much from them, and every day is a new and fun adventure. I couldn’t be more lucky to have Max and Summer, they are the lights of my life. The best thing is seeing my children’s smiles everyday – knowing that they are happy makes me happy. We love to just get to lay in bed, cozy under the blankets and watch classic Disney movies.”
Christina went on to reveal that there are two sides to her. There is the mom side, and then there is the performing side. Which side was Christina showing off when she posted the topless selfie on her Instagram on Tuesday?
The mom side is over the moon with her two kids, but she has admitted in past interviews that is difficult juggling both her career and her mom duties, but she puts the kids above everything else.
It is clear in the photo that Christina is back in shape after giving birth to two kids. Celebrity Health & Fitness shared Christina’s weight loss secrets, and it was a low carb diet that helped her get her body back into shape. A source revealed that she lost the baby weight after giving birth to Summer Rain in just three months with a combination of diet and yoga.
“Christina has hired a trainer and is really dedicated to getting thin again. She lost 46 pounds from changing her diet and working with a personal chef.”
In 2008, she lost the weight she gained from her first pregnancy in just four months. That time, she used a low carb diet and “combining cardiovascular workouts and weight-lifting for 90 minutes a day, five days a week.” That combination helped her lose 40 pounds.
Christina has not been hiding away in 2015. While focusing on her kids, she also found time for a recurring role on ABC’s Nashville. She appeared in a few episodes as Jade St. John. The character had a brief fling with Luke Wheeler, and she performed on the series.
Will fans ever see a country music album out of the pop singer? Not likely. She spoke with People Magazine about her role on the series earlier this year.
“I think my roots will stay where they are, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be more collaborations down the line. My experiences in acting have been really great, so if the role is right I am always open to it, [but my] true love will always stay music.”
South African fans of the singer will see her perform live on stage at the SATY 2015 Awards. According to Times Live, Moegsien Williams, the organizer of the event said that, “The South African of the Year Awards is a prestigious event featuring and attended by the Who’s Who of South Africa. We are therefore proud to have an artist as talented and socially responsible as Christina Aguilera.”
