Amy Winehouse Collapses in St Lucia

Amy Winehouse was rushed to hospital Friday after collapsing at her home in St Lucia.

Winehouse was kept at the hospital overnight for observation and was found to be dehydrated. Her UK spokesperson, Chris Goodman, said:

“She fainted at home and they took her in for observation, mainly to do with her medication to check everything was OK. They told her that she was dehydrated and needed to drink more water.”

She had been running around earlier in the day with a group of children she has befriended on the tropical island and had not been replenishing her fluids, leading to the dehydration.

Drink more water, Amy.
