Justin Bieber Fans Tweet Fury After Management Pulls Fusion Festival 2015 Set
Following Justin Bieber’s management’s announcement on the singer’s Twitter account on Tuesday that he was unable to play a scheduled headliner show at the Fusion Festival in England on August 28, a slew of furious and disappointed Beliebers sent angry tweets to the superstar.
As reported, Bieber’s appearance at the Fusion Festival in Birmingham would have been his first in the U.K. in two years.
Yesterday, three messages appeared on the Justin Bieber Twitter account revealing the 21-year-old was pulling out of his headlining set.
A cover note read, “U.K. beliebers I’m going to make this up to you soon.” The posts went on, “To all my U.K. beliebers… Due to an unforeseen issue I will be unable to perform at the Fusion Festival on August 28th… I am deeply disappointed I won’t be able to perform. I look forward to the opportunity to give my UK beliebers a great show in the near future.”

These statements were supposedly written by the same young artist who wrote this.
And now the Uk press will start to tear me apart. Comes with the job. Love u guys regardless and I will make this up to you.

I do want to thank the prince’s trust for their understanding and I don’t take moving any show lightly. I will see u soon UK

While some of Bieber’s fans understood the reality that it is an artist’s management who are responsible for booking and cancelling concerts in advance, many fans reacted with fury and directed it to the singer on Twitter.
@biebsobrien wailed, “EVERYONE ONLY BROUGHT TICKETS TO SEE YOU JUSTIN @justinbieber,” later adding, “If you are tweeting telling us not to be upset then f*** you f****** f*** off.” @holyvampsx tweeted, “WHO THE ACTUAL F*** YOU THINK YOU ARE TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY TO SEE YOU AND CANCEL IT 24 DAYS BEFORE??? F*** OFF DUDE.”
@drizzyreppin blistered, “literally f*** off im driving like 5 hours to see u paying so much money and now it’s all for nOTHING IM SO ANGRY UDGI”
@relatablejustin lamented, “@justinbieber and we thought this would be your chance to change your image here but I guess not.” @clarifydrews added, “@justinbieber just please stick to your word okay? we love you so much but this is devastating for us.”
@kezzaaaaa raged, “Lol why are you lying you won’t come back for another 2 years! F*** you!” @perfkidrauuuhl railed, “do u know that some nearly paid f****** $1000.”
The gnashing continued. @britzbieber13 piled on, “I actually wanna rip your heart out so you feel the pain I feel right now,” adding, “everyone unfollow him to teach him a lesson.” @iBieberSexy slammed, “thanks for ruining my summer pal.”
@LineaFabricius kept it short and not at all sweet, asking, “WHAT THE F***?” ?Meanwhile, @dddanadine shared to @ChessieCannon, “we legit booked a hotel last week and I’m mad that I won’t get to stay in it.”
He continued, “I’m so mad that Justin has cancelled Fusion without explaining fully.” To which, @ChessieCannon responded, writing, “@dddanadine I want to cry I spent £600.”
Elsewhere, @yxmmouniwhore echoed other Beliebers, writing, “I think we need an actual explanation instead of just saying due to ‘unforeseen circumstances.’ ”
Shortly after the Justin Bieber Twitter account posted the cancellation statements, Fusion Festival organisers took to Facebook. “Fusion Festival are incredibly disappointed to hear of Justin Bieber’s withdrawal from the event,” they wrote. “We are working hard to secure another exciting act for the festival and will hopefully have some news shortly.”

Some Beliebers — notably, mostly non U.K.-based fans — defended the singer on Twitter, noting that the decision to cancel his Fusion Festival performance three weeks in advance would have been taken by the star’s management team, who also booked his appearance.
A snapshot of those tweets can be read below.
#WhereAreUNow that JB is being Bombarded with FURY? I am SURE this was not his fault yet you let him take the heat https://t.co/Z3bCJa5oFO

I’ve excepted the fact we aren’t seeing him again this year now. I would just like to know the real reason behind the decision

It’s ok to be upset but sending him death threats is mad extra and over the top yall always gotta do some stupid shit
— lil kim (@bieberswhipp) August 4, 2015
Justin would never intentionally make his fans upset by cancelling a show. If he said he’s gunna make it up to you, trust him in that
— Justin Bieber Babes (@belieberbabes) August 5, 2015
justin said that the uk press will try to tear him apart but all i see is his own fans doing the honor
— cady (@robustbieber) August 4, 2015
Justin’s fans really need to chill.. I understand being disappointed, but things happen. It’s life, you can’t always control everything.
— Christina (@chocchnadoll7) August 4, 2015
i know UK beliebers are mad upset rn,he isn’t the one who makes these decisions, its management, like he said he promises to make it up to us
— Emma? (@biebers_desire) August 4, 2015
Terrible management from team scooter as usual… booking a show in the uk this close to the vmas was always a bad decision
— banjokofolake (@banjokofolake) August 4, 2015
This isn’t Justin’s choice you guys…..he has to follow orders from higher ups….you know how much he hates canceling shows
