Kim Richards Reportedly Homeless And Living Out Of Car, Losing Friends And Support Fast

Kim Richards has taken quite a turn for the worse over the last year and has reportedly gone from living in a gorgeous house in Beverly Hills to bouncing from place to place and crashing at the houses of friends for as long as they’ll allow her to stay. However, TMZ reports that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has quickly been losing friends who had originally been able to put up with her and had been happy to offer assistance to the recovering addict.

Richards has recently spent time in a rehab facility in Malibu, yet only lasted one month and bolted from the clinic back in mid-July. TMZ shared the details relayed to the website via an insider.

“Kim packed her bags, and left the Malibu facility… fleeing under the cover of darkness. Although she lasted more than 30 days… we’re told she’d had enough because she wasn’t getting along with the staff, including the doctors.”

Since being out of the treatment facility, the 50-year-old has demonstrated that it’s not just doctors and individuals associated with the facility that she can’t get along with. Wonderwall shares that “[Kim] has quickly lost friends and family willing to put her up and has been living out of her car.”

Kim Richards has been reportedly spiraling downward for a lengthy amount of time, and the signs were clear that trouble lay ahead for the blonde whirlwind on the last season of the Real Housewives. Kim was arrested back in April for public intoxication and stayed in Mexico when she should have reported back to rehab.

In addition, within the past 24 hours Richards has made it clear that she is still in desperate need of help after being arrested for shoplifting on August 2nd when she attempted to leave a store with more than 50 items valued at over $600. This bizarre behavior is unfortunate for the reality-star mom who has spoken openly as of late about truly wanting to get better and kick her habits to the curb for good. ET Online shared Kim’s words while she discussed recent unfortunate events with the publication and what she feels she got out of the time she spent in rehab.

“I love sobriety. I’ve always loved sobriety, and relapsing was very hard for me. It was not easy. I have to say, don’t take this wrong, but I really wanted to go to treatment because I needed a break from what I was going through at home.”Monty, my ex-husband, is very sick and my son wasn’t well. And I had to give away my dog, and I wasn’t talking to my sister [Kyle Richards]. I went in [to rehab] and I got to learn a whole lot about myself. I dug deep into my past, things that happened to me as a child, good and bad, teenage years, relationships with all my loved ones, where they need to be mended, where they’re very powerful. I worked on me.”

Unfortunately, however, Kim seems as though she still has ways to go and is wished the best while working towards getting there.
