‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: Surprise Backdoor Plan In Play For ‘BB17’ House?

Big Brother 17 spoilers from Sunday (August 2) may shift the BB17 house again. It had seemed like no new Big Brother 17 spoilers would come out until after the Veto ceremony on Monday (August. 3), but that may no longer be true. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, James Huling won the Veto competition, and it was no secret he was going to keep the nominations the same. This led to Clay Honeycutt asking people to vote for him so that Shelli Poole could remain in the BB17 house. Now he has started putting a different plan in motion.

A report from fan site Big Brother Network reveals that Clay is working to get Steve Moses out of the house. Steve has been the classic “floater” this season, never really taking a side as the alliances in the house started forming. He typically just votes with the majority, which means he has supported Clay, Shelli, and Vanessa Rousso nearly every week. Now Clay is trying to convince James that Steve is a huge threat in the house, but he is fabricating a lot of the information he is trying to use.

Clay is also working hard on Liz Nolan, Julia Nolan, and Vanessa to sell his lie to James. They aren’t really biting on this risky move, especially since they don’t want to wind up in the line of fire. The same can be said for Austin Matelson, as he is just happy to not be at risk of becoming a replacement nominee. It’s very clear that Clay has his work cut out for him, likely meaning that there won’t be additional Big Brother 17 spoilers that differ from the expected on Monday.

It’s quite possible that James Huling and the other side of the house is about to make a big mistake by sending Clay Honeycutt home. He has been horrible in challenge all season, winning just one Veto in which he had to roll a ball back and forth. Vanessa Rousso will be much more difficult to beat as the weeks go by, so James may be wasting his Head of Household week on getting Clay out. To this point, even Shelli Poole has been much better at the BB17 game than he has.

While the information coming out in these Big Brother 17 spoilers seems like a longshot to take place, it’s at least going to be interesting to see if Clay can succeed in getting James to turn on Steve Moses. CBS viewers won’t find out until the Wednesday episode (August 5) whether that mission is a success or not.
