Chris Brown May Face Supervised Visits With His Daughter

Chris Brown may face supervised visits with his daughter, Royalty, if the baby’s mother has anything to say about it and a judge rules in her favor.

Nia Guzman, the mother of Chris Brown’s baby, wants a judge to order supervised visitation for Brown. According to PerezHilton, Guzman recently filed the appropriate papers to the courts in order to have the judge look over the information and hear the case in court.

Chris Brown’s baby mama thinks that Chris is not ready for the responsibilities of taking care of a child by himself. She claims Brown’s friends have substance abuse issues. Of course, if this is the case, she has every right to be worried about her child’s safety and environment.

Chris Brown’s home was also robbed in mid-July, and some members of the Los Angeles-based gang, the Bloods, are allegedly suspects, in addition to some of Brown’s acquaintances and friends.

According to PerezHilton, sources claim Chris Brown thinks this is just another way to swindle more money from him in the form of child support.

Allegedly, Chris Brown only recently found out he has a biological daughter. He has already filed the appropriate paperwork to establish paternity. Sources claim Chris Brown wants to be so close to Royalty, he may make a move to get joint custody of the little girl.

TMZ reported Brown has spent some time with Royalty and posted pictures of himself with the one-year-old little toddler, calling her his “twin.”

Brown also publically acknowledged Royalty in his BET Awards acceptance speech in June.

“A lot has changed in my life. A lot of mistakes, a lot of lessons learned. Best thing I’m most thankful for is my daughter.”

So far the judge has not ruled in anyone’s favor as far as the visitation goes.

It has been reported that Brown was furious after Royalty was sent to visit his mother when he was supposed to be visiting with the little girl. Apparently Brown had a falling out with his mother some time ago. This reportedly made him so angry that he refused to pay any child support in July, even though he had agreed to pay $10,000 a month in child support.

If Guzman has her way, Chris Brown will face supervised visits with his daughter and that’s it.
