Kourtney Kardashian Winning Break Up, But Can She Win Back Scott Disick?
If there was any doubt that Kourtney Kardashian is the winner following her split with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, this weekend removed all doubt.
The Kardashian family are notorious for sharing their lives with fans via their social media accounts, and since her split with Disick, Kourtney has kept her photographs positive. Kardashian’s post split Instagram photos have been mostly limited to shots of her and Disick’s oldest two children and shots of her and her sisters. Now Kourtney seems to be ready to prove to Scott Disick, and the world, that she doesn’t need a man to enjoy her life.

Kourtney Kardashian’s most recent Instagram post features her and two unidentified friends enjoying some fun in the sun while out on a boat. Kardashian opted for a teal one-piece and easy breezy denim cut-offs for her day on the water. In fact, Kardashian may be on a mini vacation, as an earlier photo featured Kourtney and her younger sister Kendall Jenner. Kourtney and Kendall both chose jeans and button-down shirts for a put-together but still totally casual look.

Nothing says “I’m over you” quite like looking fabulous and happy in every picture. Though it turns out, the entire thing may be a carefully crafted ploy to win back Scott Disick. Us Weekly reports that Kourtney still has hope that Disick will turn things around and they can be a family again. A source told Us Weekly that Kourtney’s harshest move since the split, seeking sole custody of the couple’s three children, was designed to scare Disick into cleaning up and getting sober for good.
“If he gets to the point where he is really changing she’ll let him come home,” the source told Us Weekly.
Of course, that plan seems to have backfired, and now Kourtney has adjusted her expectations. In a recent report, TMZ broke the news that contrary to initial reports, Kardashian is now seeking joint custody of the couple’s three children, 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope, and 7-month-old Reign. It seems that Kourtney feels that the children having a meaningful relationship with their father is more important than getting revenge or never having to see Scott again.
As for Disick, his Instagram posts have been rarer than Kardashian’s, but he did make a post in celebration of his best friend’s wedding this weekend. Although judging from the caption, Scott Disick may be having second thoughts about his behavior this year.
