‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Spoilers: Who Goes Home Week 1, Who Gets Possessive In ‘Paradise’?

Bachelor in Paradise premieres Sunday night, and the drama, tears, and hookups will start as soon as the drinks start flowing on the second season of ABC’s reality show. Filmed at the Playa Escondida Resort in Mexico, the show will air on Sunday and Monday nights for six weeks, with a live After Paradise special airing on Monday nights.

The two-night premiere starts on August 2 and will feature 16 singles, including one mystery woman, with an additional 13 guys and girls arriving throughout the season. Just like last season, contestants without a rose will go home and new contestants will arrive in Paradise each week. See the full BIP 2 cast list here.

Who goes home Week 1, which guy gets possessive over contestant Clare Crawley, and who are the three new cast members who arrive on the second night of the premiere (August 3)?

Here’s a Bachelor in Paradise cheat sheet to help you figure out who’s coming and who’s going on the two-night premiere.

[Spoilers ahead]

According to Reality Steve, the season starts out with 16 guys and girls, but five contestants (three guys, two girls) will leave the first week. Three new guys will arrive in Paradise on the second night of the premiere — two of them are from Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season and one from Des Hartock’s season.

Before the drama begins, viewers will see two of last season’s BIP winners, Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul, get married in a beachfront wedding. Don’t let the romance fool you — this season may turn out to be even more dramatic than the first.

Arriving Episode 1 (August 2): Ashley Salter, Ashley Iaconetti, Carly Waddell, Jade Roper, Jillian Anderson, Clare Crawley, Juelia Kinney, Tenley Molzahn, Mystery Woman, Jared Haibon, Dan Cox, JJ Lane, Jonathan Holloway, Kirk DeWindt, Mikey Tenerelli, Tanner Tolbert

Eliminated Episode 1: Jillian Anderson and her black bar go home after JJ decides to give his rose to Tenley instead.

Arriving Episode 2: Two of Kaitlyn Bristowe’s guys, Joe Bailey and Joshua Albers arrive along with Michael Garofola from Des’ season.

Spoilers indicate that Mikey Tenerelli gets possessive with Clare Crawley after having just one date with her. While ABC states that he comes on the show hoping to “make a more positive impression” than he did on Des Hartsock’s season of the Bachelorette, Mikey definitely shows his not-so-positive side when Clare decides to take Jared Haibon on a date on night two. Did he go to Shawn Booth’s school of jealousy? His behavior wasn’t attractive to any of the girls — Mikey doesn’t get a rose on Night 2.

Eliminated Night 2: Aside from Mikey Tenerelli, two other guys — Jonathan Holloway and Michael Garofola — are eliminated at the rose ceremony. According to Reality Steve, the Mystery Woman leaves on her own because she is some unnamed guy’s mistress, and she wants to go home to see if things will work out for them. Oh, the drama.

If the first two nights of Bachelor in Paradise sound complicated, the upcoming episodes will exceed the drama of last season’s show. Tune in on Sunday and Monday nights for hookups, jealousy, and a love triangle that involves one of Kaitlyn Bristowe’s castoffs.
