Meek Mill’s Getting Sued By WWE’s The Undertaker — But Not Necessarily Due To Copyright Infringement [Hoax]

Meek Mill sued by the Undertaker? How could he not see that coming? However, according to satirical headlines, WWE superstar says that it’s not for the reason you might think.

Huzlers, a satirical entertainment website, wrote the WWE superstar‘s alleged comment concerning Meek Mill’s new song, “Wanna Know.”

“I don’t know if he didn’t think I was going to hear it, but I did. I wouldn’t have filed a lawsuit if the track was actually good. But since he included my theme in a f**king garbage track, I’m angry. My plain theme song was a better diss itself than Meek Mill’s. If I had a chance, I would love to ‘Tombstone’ Meek Mill.”

If you’ve heard Meek’s Drake diss, you’ve probably heard its intro — unless you skipped ahead. In the beginning of the track, while Mill speaks about what he wants to know, the Undertaker’s theme song plays in the background. It was possibly supposed to symbolize that Drake had met his end.

However, if you’ve been paying attention to the way things have gone over the last few days, Mill is probably closer to his end than Drizzy. On top of being made the laughing stock of the world wide web, being dissed on Instagram for coming at TT Torrez sideways, a horrible diss track, and a hoard of memes, Meek Mill now faces a probable lawsuit from Mark Calaway — a.k.a. The Undertaker.

Apparently, Mill didn’t get permission to use the soundbite. Yet, in the music industry, it happens more than not. Especially in hip hop and rap.

The article goes on to note that Mark Calaway has filed a $500,000 lawsuit for illegally sampling the track. If this is true, it’s quite unfortunate that a Twitter beef — which Meek started — could cost him a nice-sized chunk of the “guop” he rapped about in the diss track.

Yet and still, some feel that this is only rumor. There is no coverage by sources such as CNN, NBC, Huffington Post, etc. And the source of this story, Huzlers, describes itself as “the most notorious urban satirical entertainment website in the world.” Yet, so far, the general public believes its validity.

What are your thoughts about the alleged Meek Mill lawsuit? Do you think it’s legit? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments, below.
