Before And After: Jeremy Britt Loses 199 Pounds To Win ‘The Biggest Loser: No Excuses’

Jeremy Britt started “The Biggest Loser: No Excuses” competition at 389 pounds. The 22-year-old banker lost 199 pounds over the course of the show and was just awarded with the $250,000 grand prize.

Britt said:

“I’m not here where I am today without the help of my mom, my trainers back home, my trainers on the show, the gym.”

Britt said that he’s proud of his own weight loss but is more happy to see his mother and sister losing weight too. Britt’s sister, who was a finalist on “The Biggest Loser: No Excuses,” lost 115 pounds. His mother has also lost 50 lbs.

Britt said:

“When me and my sister went home we went to a great gym. My mom couldn’t have been more supportive of me. She helped me out a ton… I do come from an overweight family, and my mom has lost 50 lbs. since we left for the show. To me, that’s what it’s about. I was given a great gift so I want to help other people, and being able to start with my own family is great.”

Kim Neilson, a former wrestler, was the runner up in the competition. Nielsen, who lost 118 pounds, said that the best thing about his new physique is going to clothing stores at the mall. Neilson said:

“It is so much fun to actually walk into a place and have someone hand me a size 4 or a size 2. That’s ridiculous. I haven’t been that small since I was, like, 10 years old. It’s fun.”
