Khloe Misses Lamar: ‘KUWTK’ Star Admits She Misses Ex Lamar Odom ‘Every Day’

Khloe misses Lamar “every day,” and she said so in a new interview with Complex Magazine. According to azcentral, Khloe Kardashian got candid about her split from Lamar Odom, and admitted that she still thinks about him frequently.

“Oh my God, I miss him every day. I miss what we had–things we got to do together are just memories. I like looking back and holding on to that stuff. I definitely miss it, and there’s times I’ll get so sentimental and so sad, but this had to happen for some reason. I’ll figure it out over time, someone will give me that answer eventually. I think it would be very weird if I didn’t miss it,” Khloe told the magazine.

The fact that Khloe misses Lamar isn’t surprising at all given that she didn’t want to get a divorce to begin with. As shown on previous episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe stayed in her marriage for as long as she could in hopes of working things out, giving Lamar several chances to make things right, but he just never did. There was one particular episode where Khloe tells her mom, Kris Jenner, that she didn’t want to break things off with Odom, and that if she had it her way, she’d still be with him.

Even still, the 31-year-old says that she and Odom remain close.

“Lamar is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met, and everyone says that when they meet him. I think Lamar’s gonna always be that person [for me] but that’s what made it so special. Even if I had it for five years or whatever, it was the best ever and I’m grateful I did. Some people don’t get that ever and I had that magic for a long time. I talked to Lamar this morning. I talk to Lamar as often as I can, which is inconsistent, but not on my terms. When you genuinely feel like that was the right relationship, you’re supposed to give it all you can. That’s what marriage is about,” she said.

According to Hollywood Life, Khloe and Lamar will have to just be friends for the time being, but there’s always that chance that the two could end up getting back together, especially if Khloe still loves Lamar as deeply as she says she does.

Although Khloe misses Lamar, things between them can’t be resolved overnight. There have been several rumors about Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom rekindling their love. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, there were rumors that the two were going to show their journey back to one another on a new reality show, but that’s probably not going to happen, especially since the two recently took the final steps in their divorce.

That said, this is really the first time that fans have heard the truth from Khloe — she does indeed still love Lamar, and the two do still talk despite their differences.
