‘RHOC’ Star Meghan King Edmonds Continues To Grieve The Loss Of LeAnn Edmonds
RHOC star Meghan King Edmonds’ step-daughter lost her mother last week, and on Twitter and Instagram, the reality star continues to grieve the loss. While LeAnn Edmonds was once married to Jim Edmonds, the RHOC star’s current husband, they had grown close in recent years, and often co-parented 17-year-old Haley.
They had also been close throughout LeAnn’s battle with cancer, which ultimately took her life. On The Real Housewives of Orange County, Edmonds spoke of the battle on multiple occasions, and had even compared her husband’s ex-wife’s struggles to that of Vicki Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, who claims to be suffering from stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
In the days since LeAnn’s death, the RHOC star has shared a number of messages with fans, both on Twitter and Instagram, about the sad turn of events.
On July 27, the RHOC star shared a family photo with the following caption.
“Group hug!” Edmonds wrote. “After the @bostonbreakers game in New Jersey with my brother, mom, and sister. I count my blessings every day. Even though I have a smile on my face I still have pain inside especially for my stepdaughters. Yet somehow, life goes on despite how hard your world is cruelly rocked.”
The RHOC star also shared the following tweet.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the RHOC star’s step-daughter, Haley, was first to share the news online. In an emotional statement to fans, she expressed heartbreak over the loss of her mother.
“Early this morning I lost the most important person in my life. I’m so blessed to have had these past 17 years with you. But that will never be enough for me. I can’t imagine my life without you and I never imagined this day would come. You were an inspiration to everyone who knew you and I will aspire to be everything you were. You truly lived life to the fullest and were such a fighter. The memories we made will forever be instilled in me and I’ll never forget the good times we had.”
