Nick Gordon Devastated: Bobbi Kristina’s Boyfriend Inconsolable After Her Death

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death has left Nick Gordon “devastated.” The 25-year-old is “very upset” and is having a hard time accepting the fact that she’s gone.

A source spoke with People following Bobbi Kristina’s death and reveals that Gordon is inconsolable right now.

“Nick is very upset. You can say what you want about him and Bobbi Kristina, but he really did love her very much, and is devastated that she is gone.”

Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon began a romantic relationship in 2012 after Whitney Houston’s death. What’s really gone on between these two behind closed doors remains a mystery, but there’s been rumors of domestic violence. The pair acted like a married couple, but they weren’t legally husband and wife.

Nick was among the first to find Bobbi Kristina, 22, unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31 at their home in Roswell, Georgia. The family has reportedly suspected Nick of having something to do with the circumstances leading up to that. He was banned by Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, from seeing her in the hospital. A source at the time told People that he was “heartbroken and grieving” and was “holding out hope that he would see her one final time. He is very emotional.” Now Nick Gordon is said to be devastated after losing the woman he loved.

In a Hollywood Life report published right after the death of Bobbi Kristina was announced on Sunday, a source told them that Nick is on “suicide watch.” He also believed that if he had just one more chance to have seen her, that the mere sound of his voice could have saved her.

As the Inquisitr reported, Nick Gordon was seen on the Dr. Phil Show earlier this year and said if he lost Bobbi Kristina, that he’d kill himself. Not long after that, went to an Atlanta rehab facility. Once released, he moved in with his mother, who lives in Florida.

Bobbi Kristina Brown died on Sunday, July 26 surrounded by family at Peachtree Christian Hospice. The Houston family released a statement following the tragedy.

“Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away Sunday, July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”

Although Nick Gordon is devastated, he also faces a $10 million lawsuit by her conservators, alleging that he physically and mentally abused Bobbi Kristina, and stole over $11,000 from her.
