Ariana Grande Launches Her Debut Fragrance Complete With A Mini Jam
Ariana Grande has been teasing the details behind her new debut fragrance. The 22-year-old is adding perfume connoisseur to her resume. The petite diva gave fans a sneak peek of her first fragrance, Aria by Ariana Grande, on Instagram on Thursday, July 23.
The “One Last Time” singer shared the exciting news in an Instagram video. A voice-over says in the video, “It smells like a dream.” The cute clip also features some swinging music in the background. Another black-and-white clip also shows Grande roller-skating in a crop top and matching skirt as she coyly covers her face with her signature ponytail and poses before she falls down.
A photo of Ariana’s perfume was also released. The super feminine pink fragrance bottle features a white puff ball. According to a previous report via E! Online, Ari’s new fragrance has “hints of fruits and flowers with musk and wood undertones and a hint of marshmallow.” Sounds like it’s sweet and sexy, much like the singer herself. In fact, the website calls Ariana’s new scent “luscious and sexy.”
Ms. Grande also released a statement about her new fragrance.
“I’m so excited for all my fans to see the Ari bottle – I worked closely with the team and the designer to create a bottle that represents everything I love. It’s beautiful, feminine and flirty all at the same time. The pom-pom is just an added wink that makes me smile every time I use the fragrance.”
The singer collaborated with Luxe Brands to create her very first eponymous fragrance. Grande shared the news of the sweet and girly scent with her fans through a few Instagram clips on Thursday.
“So excited to finally share the bottle design for my fragrance with you babbbbbes. I’m so in love with this and absolutely cannot wait to share it with you. Grande is following a long list of singers who already have their own fragrances. She joins the ranks of Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, One Direction, and Taylor Swift. Katy Perry and Rihanna are the most recent singers to release new fragrances under their ever-growing collections. Of course, Grande’s musical inspiration, Mariah Carey, also has her own collection of fragrances as well.
Ariana Grande’s debut fragrance will be available in select stores and on ArianaGrandeFragrances.com in September. By looking at the URL of the site, it’s safe to say that this petite diva will be adding more fragrances in the coming months.
