Christian Banks: Warrant Issued For Memphis Father Who Filmed Faith Moore Abusing Their 19-Day-Old Baby

Christian Banks is the name of the father who is filming the video of the baby being abused. The incident has caused a stir on the Inquisitr as well as social media sites.

In the video, Faith Moore is seen pushing and throwing the couples 19-day-old baby, Christian Moore, around his room. Moore even tries to make their six-year-old daughter throw the baby as well. Christian admitted to police that the incident goes on for up to 13 minutes.

Faith was picked up by the Memphis Police after the film was made available to Fox 13. Christian provided the video to the Memphis Fox affiliate. Fox relayed the video to police, which started the chain of events that has eventually led to a warrant being issued for Christian Bank’s arrest.

After Fox aired the video on their station, Banks came forward to explain his side of the story.

“Why would I try to obtain this child and she’s going through schizophrenic moment? I wanted to put my hands on her, but I couldn’t. That was going to leave me in jail and the baby still was going to go with them. It can’t be two dumb parents.”

Many took to the Inquisitr Facebook account to say that Christian Banks had not gotten the punishment that he deserved for not stepping up faster to help his son. They let their voices be heard.

“The father is also mentally disturbed.”

“The most disgusting part of the video is the ‘father.’ He is watching he son being tossed around and kicked but he would rather film what’s happening than protect the children in the situation. He was the help in the room but he chose to film and taunt a mentally disturbed woman. He should be arrested for negligence.”

“If he knew his wife was mentally unstable, why leave the kids with her in the first place? It took almost 8 mins for him to even pick up the baby. This is disturbing on so many levels.”

Well, these people got their wish on Thursday. Memphis stated that the warrant was issued to Christian Banks for two counts of aggravated child abuse, according to Fox 13 News. Fox looked further into Banks’ past and found that in 2007, he was charged with domestic assault-bodily harm for hitting an ex-girlfriend. He was also charged in February for the same thing when he punched Faith.

The little boy Christian Moore is okay; he was checked by a local hospital. According to Lily Moore, the grandmother of the boy, Faith Moore, her daughter, had to be taken back to the Lakeside Mental Facility this week for another episode. No details have been reported of that incident.
