‘RHOBH’ Feud? Lisa Vanderpump Responds To Kim Richards’ ‘Phony’ Comment

A RHOBH feud has erupted between Lisa Vanderpump and Kim Richards. After getting word of an interview in which Richards bashed her as “phony,” Vanderpump took to Twitter, where she weighed in on her former costar, as well as her mean comment.

Richards has been known for her RHOBH feud with Lisa Rinna in the past, so many found it odd she would diss Vanderpump, and not Rinna. For whatever reason, it was the returning housewife and restauranteur whom she took aim at.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the RHOBH feud between Vanderpump and Richards erupted last night, during an interview between Richards and Entertainment Tonight‘s Nischelle Turner. While chatting in her first official post-rehab interview, Richards called out Vanderpump for pretending to be her friend during past seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“[Lisa Vanderpump is] witty, she’s fun, she has a big heart for people she loves, but I think Lisa is… she’s phony. Sometimes I felt like [Lisa Vanderpump] was my friend, and you know, I believed her, but in a heartbeat she changes.”

Further encouraging the RHOBH feud, Richards went on to label Vanderpump as the “manipulator” of the Bravo cast. As fans will likely recall, Richards’ friend, Brandi Glanville, echoed Richards’ statements during season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and, at the time, caused a RHOBH feud between Vanderpump and Kyle Richards, who briefly agreed with Glanville.

Prior to their RHOBH feud, Vanderpump spoke out in support of Richards, claiming she wanted to see her get well, and hoped she would distance herself from the ongoing stress of being on a reality series.

Below is what she told Radar Online last month.

“A reality show should document your reality. It shouldn’t be the reason you drink and the show should not be what keeps you sober… I chose to stay out of the whole scenario this season because I was already in that whole situation two years ago when I questioned Kim’s sobriety. I didn’t want to go there again. Most importantly is that Kim gets the help she needs. I wish her well. That is all I want for her and all that the cast wants as well.”

No word yet on whether or not the RHOBH feud will be included in season 6.
