Shawn Booth Praises ‘Men Tell All’ Guys And Audience For Sticking Up For Kaitlyn Bristowe

Shawn Booth doesn’t believe that Kaitlyn Bristowe deserves the cyber bullying that she has endured during her time as the Bachelorette. On Tuesday, after the Bachelorette: Men Tell All special aired on Monday night, Shawn praised the contestants and audience members for sticking up for Kaitlyn.

Shawn, as one of the final two men for Kaitlyn, the other being Nick Viall, wasn’t at the taping but obviously watched the special when it aired. During the special, host Chris Harrison talked about all the criticism and cyber bullying that Kaitlyn has gone through because of her decision to have sex with Nick during filming and admitting to it. After Kaitlyn admitted that she even gets death threats, Chris read out some of the mean tweets that people have sent her. The shocked audience and men stood up and cheered in support of Kaitlyn. Chris then said that he would rather his kids have Kaitlyn as a role model than someone who would cyber bully someone.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Nick also posted his thoughts on the Men Tell All special. He called out the hypocrisy of Kupah and Jonathan, who criticized Kaitlyn for allowing Nick to stay on the show. Nick also retweeted a blog post by former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky in support of Kaitlyn.

Will Shawn Booth or Nick Viall be the center of attention at his own tell-all special as the next Bachelor? In an interview with Reality TV World posted on Tuesday, host Chris Harrison talked about the possibility of Shawn or the other final contestant, Nick Viall, being the next Bachelor.

According to Chris, neither Shawn nor Nick is the best man for the role, not because he doesn’t think they’re not good people, but because the role requires a certain type of person.

“If you look at our Final 2, I don’t know if either one would really make a good Bachelor…People hear that and all of a sudden, there’s this headline, like, ‘Oh my God, he thinks Nick and Shawn are bad people’ and we ‘don’t like them.’ That’s not the case. It doesn’t make them bad people. It doesn’t make them anything other than it takes a certain type of person, I think, to be the Bachelor…I just think we have other candidates from this season that are better suited to be the Bachelor than Nick and Shawn would be.”

So who does Chris believe has what it takes to be the next man to hand out the red roses? The host, who maintained that the next leading man has yet to be officially chosen, named Ben Higgins, Ben Zorn, and Jared Haibon.
