Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris Relationship Update: She’s Reportedly Meeting His Parents

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris’ relationship continues to get serious. Several reports recently claimed that Taylor will meet his parents in Scotland.

According to a report via Us Weekly, Harris, 31, plans to introduce Swift, 25, to his parents. An inside source told the tabloid that Swift and Harris are planning to head back to Scotland so she can meet his family.

It makes sense since Calvin has already met Taylor’s parents. The couple took a boat ride on the Rivers Thames back in June. The couple shared a friendly photo of their trip with Taylor’s ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and model friends Gigi Hadid and Karlie Kloss. According to a report via People magazine, Taylor’s parents, Scott Kingsley Swift and Andrea Finlay, were also on the trip.

An insider told OK! Magazine that Swift’s parents adore Harris. The insider added that they “love him. They think he’s the greatest.”

Calvin last gushed about Taylor during his KISS FM UK’s Breakfast interview late last week. He says that his relationship with the “Bad Blood” pop star has been “going absolutely fantastic.”

“You know, it’s not me like every single time we go out we get a photograph taken of us. That’s not the case. But for me, though, it could be a lot worse and I’d still be like insanely happy with her so I’m good with it.”

Swift is not just reveling on the fact that she has a great relationship. She’s also celebrating the fact that she has nine nominations at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, thanks to her hit songs “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood.”

Calvin and Taylor have only been dating for four months, according to the Us Weekly report. The couple met backstage at the 2015 Brit Awards. However, it’s been rumored that Taylor and Calvin has been dating as early as February.

Swift and Harris confirmed the dating rumors by attending the 2015 Billboard Music Awards together on May 18. The couple sealed their relationship with a quick hug and a kiss as Swift took the stage to accept one of her many awards that night.

Taylor and Calvin have also confirmed their relationship on social media by sharing several photos of each other. Taylor last shared photos of her DJ boyfriend over the Fourth of July weekend. She shared a photo of herself getting a piggyback ride from Calvin with the caption: “Friendly relations between Scotland and America.”

Earlier this summer, the couple’s relationship made waves when Swift shared a photo of herself with Harris on a swan pool float. She captioned the photo: “Swan goals.” There’s no doubt that Swift and Harris are giving fans major relationship goals, as well.
