Vicki Gunvalson Defends Her Daughter’s Finances: ‘They Should Be Respectful Of The Money’

Vicki Gunvalson is proud to own her own business, where she sells insurance. Vicki has been doing that long before she started filming The Real Housewives of Orange County 10 seasons ago. And because Gunvalson has been so successful in selling insurance, Vicki is very protective of her earnings. She did have to give her ex-husband spousal support in their divorce, and she isn’t pleased about paying more than she needs to in any situation.

Because Vicki Gunvalson has been through a marriage where money was an issue, she shared her unsolicited advice with Meghan King Edmonds. Gunvalson wasn’t thrilled to hear that Meghan was spending her husband’s money rather than making her own. When Vicki gave her advice, some viewers felt that it was completely inappropriate.

According to a new tweet, Vicki Gunvalson is now being slammed for sharing unsolicited financial advice, and one follower took it too far. Apparently, this follower didn’t realize that Briana Culberson had her own career, so when she went after Vicki’s daughter, Gunvalson was fully prepared.

“Is Vicki Gunvalson seriously giving anyone marriage/dating advice? Are you f**king kidding me? #RHOC if your married it’s ‘our’ money,” one follower wrote on Twitter after watching Vicki lecture Meghan King Edmonds about seeing Jimmy’s money as her own money.

“I agree it’s ‘our money’..however I also agree if one doesn’t work then they should be respectful of the money that comes in,” Vicki Gunvalson wrote in reply, which had the follower bring Vicki’s daughter, Briana, into the conversation, who is married to a man in the Marines.

“How does Brianna make money? Does she need her husband’s permission to spend?” the follower questioned, which had Gunvalson reply, “Briana is an ER nurse.”

Clearly, Briana is making her own money. It sounds like she has found work in Oklahoma and is finding her place in her husband’s hectic career. But Vicki isn’t just going after Meghan for her finances. According to the Inquisitr, Gunvalson has also gone after King Edmonds for her parenting. Of course, there isn’t a major age difference between Meghan and her step-daughter, Hayley.

Vicki Gunvalson feels that Meghan should do better when it comes to parenting, even though it isn’t her child. This could have something to do with Meghan not forcing Hayley to go to school and giving her $100 a week as her allowance.

What do you think of Vicki Gunvalson’s daughter being brought into a discussion about finances and spending?
