Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Finalize Divorce

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have finalized their divorce nearly two years after filing, citing irreconcilable differences, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The Los Angeles Superior Court received the long-awaited documents on Friday to officially end the marriage, after the pair finally reached an agreement.

The E! reality star and NBA player were wed in September 2009, after only a month of dating, and tumult seemed to follow them almost immediately.

Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013, though the pending dissolution of marriage had been delayed by both parties since the time of filing.

The Los Angeles court system will abrogate the marriage upon review of the signed papers.

The nearly six-year marriage of the youngest Kardashian sister and professional basketball star has been plagued with drug and infidelity rumors since July of 2013 when the first woman stepped forward to allege that Odom had cheated with her on his wife of, at the time, four years.

At the time of Tweeting to her followers that she would be finalizing her divorce, Khloe also announced that, on a brighter note, she will be hosting her own show, Kocktails With Khloe.

The show is set to premiere later this year on the cable network FYI, and will be filmed by Pilgrim Studios, a statement from FYI said on Tuesday, according to Deadline.

“I’m lucky that I’ve been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests. Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can’t wait to show my fans what we have in store on Kocktails with Khloe,” Kardashian said Tuesday.
