The cash value of tonight’s jackpot is $91.6 million before state and federal taxes are deducted from the prize. For example if you are a resident of Arizona, you would be subject to a 25 percent federal tax and 5 percent state tax, bringing your final payment amount to $64,120,000.

For winners who wish to spread their payments out over 30 years, the annuity would be based on the $152 million jackpot. The yearly payments would be $3.8 million after federal taxes, but before state taxes are deducted.

There is a big perk for jackpot winners in California, Delaware, Florida, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming — there is no state tax on lottery winnings.
