Kit Harington Arrives In Belfast, ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 6 Return Could Actually Happen

Kit Harington arrived in Belfast, where the rest of the Game Of Thrones cast just happens to be, suggesting that he is going to be on Season 6 despite his character being “killed off” on the Season 5 finale.

According to Vanity Fair, the cast, including Emilia Clarke, Maisie Williams, and Sophie Turner, are in Belfast to do the Season 6 read-through. The fact that Kit Harington is on hand (read: in the same city) seems to tell fans that Jon Snow will be back next season in some form.

“Does a Harington sighting in Belfast guarantee Jon Snow will return in any shape or form other than a stone-cold corpse? No… Charles Dance also spent some time filming in Belfast last year and all we got from Tywin in Season 5 were those crazy rock eyes,” reports Vanity Fair.

Lately, Kit Harington has been very quiet about his return to the show, but has previously said that he was told his character is gone. This could be because no one wants to spoil the upcoming season, but fans simply cannot stop wondering what’s going to come next. As most people sat with their mouths held open following the unexpected Jon Snow stabbing, the “this can’t be happening” comments started straight away. Since then, the internet has barely quieted down when it comes to rumors of Jon Snow’s potential return.

“Many are speculating that he could be there to film a funeral scene like Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) did for Season 5, but since Jon Snow died up North, wouldn’t the Watch know to burn his body right away to prevent White Walker-fication? It is known. They would. So basically, Jon Snow is totally coming back to life, and Maisie Williams is a giant liar,” reports MTV, clearly hoping that the rumors are oh so very true.

Kit Harington has also decided not to cut his long hair, which also suggests that he’s bringing Jon Snow back to HBO. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kit’s hair at Wimbledon, well after he had finished filming Season 5 of GoT, had fans going absolutely crazy.
