Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Sign Divorce Papers After NBA Player Sees Khloe With James Harden [Video]

Khloe Kardashian has officially kicked out Lamar Odom from her life. Although it’s been two years since they split, Khloe and Lamar only now have formally filed their divorce papers, reported Us Weekly.

Kardashian, 31, signed the official papers in Las Vegas, where she met up with Odom, said a source.

“They saw each other when she was in Vegas and both signed the divorce documents together,” revealed the insider.

However, although it’s been formalized only this month, Khloe initially filed for divorce from the 35-year-old NBA player in 2013. And Kardashian hasn’t been lacking for dates.

After getting together with rapper French Montana, Khloe shifted to NBA player James Harden. But when Kardashian appeared in public with the Houston Rockets star, Odom was upset after contending that she still belonged to him.

“Lamar was really hurt and felt like Khloe had no respect for him after she was out in public with James Harden,” said an insider. “He just kept seeing her with different guys and that was it for him. French was at least a relationship but here she was with another guy.”

And it was that appearance that made it clear to Odom that it was time to move on, added the source.

“He finally came to his senses and told her he wanted out and signed the papers. He confronted her about James and she went to Vegas to see him while she was out there with James and they got it done. He just wanted out.”

But that divorce has been a long time coming. Almost six years ago, Khloe wed Lamar in Beverly Hills. Kardashian soon regretted her marriage, as Odom battled problems ranging from his basketball skills to substance abuse. Coupled with reports that Lamar was cheating on her, Khloe became an unhappy wife.

Kardashian now is picking herself up, dusting herself off, and moving on in every way.

However, although Khloe was ready to formalize the divorce, Lamar had a much more difficult time in accepting that his marriage was over, reported MSN.

When Odom didn’t follow up on Khloe’s petition, a judge even warned that he would toss it out. However, now Kardashian needs just the judge’s pen to put the divorce in the past.

Despite the finalization of the marriage, Khloe and Lamar will appear together during already filmed episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Khloe isn’t alone in having relationship problems. The other Kardashian struggling after a breakup is Kourtney, as the Inquisitr reported.

Kardashian ended the relationship because of Scott’s alleged cheating and partying, but Disick appeared to have plans to continue his career, appearing in locations such as Las Vegas.
