Realtor Does Routine Open-House But Hears Pleas For Help Inside — Horrible Homicidal Discovery [Video]

A realtor found himself in the midst of a homicidal scene that could only be described as cinematic. Upon a routine open-house, the agent heard crying-pleas for help and discovered something awful.

The crime scene developed on the 5000 block of Noon Road in Bellingham, Whatcom County, Washington. A realtor walked into a property to prepare it for viewing, but once inside, he heard something out of the norm.

Unfortunately, they were the cries of ex-mother and wife, Erin Argen, 43. Erin, whom used to be an intervention specialist with Lummi Nation School but left during her pregnancy to become a full-time mother, had shot and killed her 17-month-old son and 59-year-old husband — Miles and Michael Jordan, respectively — as they laid in bed, days prior to discovery.

She turned the gun on herself but, in a failed suicide attempt, didn’t succeed in adding to the double homicide. Thus, as reports KIRO-7 News and Rare, she had been there in the housing structure with her deceased family members since the shooting.

Once the realtor alerted authorities and they were on-scene, Whatcom County Sheriff Bill Elfo gave a few statements to KIRO-7.

“The real estate agent was hosting an open house at that home. And, when he went there to initiate the open house, he entered the residence and he heard a woman on the second floor calling for help…”

“…It’s surprising to find a 17-month-old that’s been murdered. It’s certainly shocking and certainly very difficult.”

He also told KOMO News the following statements about the double homicide.

“At this time, we believe the woman is responsible for the shooting and there is no one else at large. This appears to be an incident involving domestic violence.”

According to Lummi Nation School, Michael Jordan was a teacher at the facility. On Monday, July 20, 2015, the school posted to Facebook about the recent misfortune.

Police authorities are still trying to find motive for the gruesome killings. KOMO News reports that Erin only suffered a self-inflicted shot to the shoulder. She was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital and is in “satisfactory condition.” It’s expected that she will be jailed for two counts of first-degree murder.
