WWE News: Huge Reunion Takes Place On WWE ‘Battleground’ As Heel Stable Comes Back Together — New Members Coming?

So many rumors have been swirling for the past couple weeks about WWE Battleground, and they only got bigger over the weekend. Well, after only a few matches on Sunday night, one of the biggest rumors came true and it had to do with the match between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns. A reunion finally happened and it seems to be that the heel stable known as the Wyatt Family is back.

WWE had set the grudge match between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns, and it’s been built up nicely over the past month. Many were wondering where this feud may go and it was even rumored that Sting may return to take on Bray Wyatt.

Well, that didn’t happen and there was no outside interference from Dean Ambrose either. Still, another former faction member from the era when The Shield took on the Wyatt Family did return, and it led to a Bray Wyatt victory.

The match was hard hitting and really could have gone either way for Wyatt or Reigns. The action spilled out onto the floor and Reigns rolled Wyatt back into the ring and then began throwing chairs into the ring.

Suddenly, a hooded man appeared out of the crowd and slammed Reigns into the ring post. He delivered a big superkick and rolled him into the ring where Wyatt was waiting for him.

Bray Wyatt hit Reigns and delivered the Sister Abigail to pick up the pinfall victory.

At that point, the hooded superstar got into the ring behind a kneeling Bray Wyatt and unzipped his jacket to reveal Luke Harper. Wyatt threw his hands out to his side and laughed as the Wyatt Family had officially reunited.

For a couple of months, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan teased reuniting as a tag team and then they finally did. Shortly after, Rowan suffered an injury that is going to keep him out at least four more months.

One has to wonder if this could lead to the Wyatt Family bringing in new members such as Bo Dallas, who has been rumored to join forces with his real-life brother Bray Wyatt for some time.

Now, this could lend a bit more possibility to the rumor of The Shield reuniting as a babyface stable soon. If the Wyatt Family becomes a stronger stable, The Shield could become the Hounds of Justice again to face off against them.

No matter what happens from here on out, the Wyatt Family is back together as of WWE Battleground, and one of the strongest, and strangest, heel stables has reunited.
