‘Mistresses’ Star Rochelle Aytes Engaged! See The Ring Here [Photos]
Rochelle Aytes, star of the hit TV series Mistresses, revealed she’s engaged to her longtime boyfriend, CJ Lindsey. The star broke the news that she’s engaged over Instagram on Friday, showing off the enormous ring and sharing stories of the beachside proposal on an Oregon beach on Wednesday.

In the snaps, Rochelle smiles, showing off the beautiful ring, including a photo that features the emerald cut diamond. Rochelle Aytes also recently finished filming Season 3 of Mistresses in which she stars as April Malloy. Mistresses is about four female friends and their relationships and scandals, reports the Daily Mail.
At Proposal Rock on the coast of Oregon, “He asked me to marry him and I said Yes,” Aytes wrote about being engaged, according to People magazine. “I feel so blessed to have this amazingly beautiful man in my life! God is so good. All the time!!”

On the way back from filming Season 3 of Mistresses, which films in Vancouver, reports People, the engaged couple stopped at a beach in Oregon to take in the sights — although the star’s boyfriend had a different agenda. Rochelle’s boyfriend wrote out “Will you marry me?” in the sand, surprising the now engaged star.
“It gives me such joy to share this news with my friends and family that yesterday I asked the most beautiful woman in the world to marry me and she said yes,” the star’s boyfriend wrote on his own Instagram page about being engaged to the Mistresses star. “I feel beyond blessed to be able to spend the rest of my life with you @rochelleaytes4real. God is good! I got on one knee in front of Proposal rock on the Oregon coast, a moment I will never forget!”
Us Weekly reports that the Mistresses star also thanked friend and actress Kellee Stewart for her part.
“A special thanks to @kstew222 for initiating this union,” Aytes gushed. “You are a beautiful soul!! #grateful.”
Aytes also has a recurring role on the television show Criminal Minds.
Season 3 of Mistresses kicked off on June 18, and although this season of Mistresses doesn’t include Alyssa Milano, ratings reportedly haven’t suffered, reports Stuff.co.nz. Milano chose to leave the show when it began filming in Vancouver, citing family priorities.
It seems Rochelle is enjoying Vancouver, though, telling the news site, “At first it was a bit of a shock, but Vancouver is a lovely city and I’m embracing this new journey.”
