Here’s a picture of Owen Dippie creating his majestic piece of art too.

Owen Dippie, a New Zealand born but New York-based artist, is the man responsible for the stunning painting, which is now on the side of a wall running alongside a railway track in Brooklyn.

It shows the four Renaissance artists Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello, but each of them have their eyes covered with the masks as their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles counterparts.

Speaking about his creations to Brooklyn Street Art, Owen Dippie explained, “I am a child of popular culture and am inspired by my heroes. By involving them in my art I pay my utmost respect to them in the best way I know how.”

If you want to know more about Owen’s work, you can click over to his official website, while you can also check out his Facebook page too.

You can also head over to Brooklyn Street Art to check out pictures of a similar ilk.
