‘Fox News Is Not Real News’ San Francisco Supervisor Tells Reporter, ‘I Only Talk To Real News’

“Fox News is not real news.”

San Francisco Supervisor Scott Weiner had no patience for a Bill O’Reilly employee trying to corner him over anti-immigrant hysteria stirred up by Donald Trump following the shooting death of a San Francisco woman.

“You’re not a real reporter. I talk to real news only.”

He wasn’t the only city official who blew off the Fox News employee when questioned about San Francisco’s status as a sanctuary city.

Supervisor Katy Tang wasn’t in the mood to be ambushed about the shooting death of Kate Steinle, either.

“Of course Fox News would be this rude.”

When Bill O’Reilly’s reporter followed her down the street shouting at her, she responded with some well chosen words.

“You’re interviewing the wrong f**king person.”

Bill O’Reilly was trying to drum up controversy following the murder of Steinle by an illegal immigrant, but these city officials weren’t having it, which left O’Reilly with little to talk about.

“Those women won’t take responsibility for the danger they allow, and it gets worse — Supervisor Scott Wiener attacks the messenger.”

Supervisor Jane Kim, however, did have something to tell Bill O’Reilly and his audience, saying the issue had nothing to do with immigration, but with gun control and keeping weapons out of the hands of felons and the mentally ill.

Steinle was gunned down by an undocumented immigrant as she walked with her family along the San Francisco Embarcadero waterfront earlier this month, and Donald Trump immediately seized it as political ammo in his presidential campaign.

Kate’s brother, however, wishes Trump would stop using his sister’s death to promote his wildly controversial ideas about Mexican immigrants.

Trump has said Mexican immigrants are mostly “rapists and drug dealers,” and plans to build a border wall and make Mexico pay for it.

Bill O’Reilly, meanwhile, decided it was time to make San Francisco pay for its status as a “sanctuary city” and sent his employees over to city hall to heckle city officials.

O’Reilly employees have been ambushing San Francisco officials for a few days now. Last week, reporter Jesse Watters stood outside the mayor’s door, yelling, “Are you in there?”

O’Reilly has taken up Trump’s talking points, asking President Obama why he hasn’t called the Steinle family to apologize for their daughter’s death, even though Donald hasn’t made the call, either.

Trump and O’Reilly seem to be on the same page when it comes to immigration.
