Cynthia Bailey Reveals Marriage Isn’t Easy After Scandalous Video Drama
Cynthia Bailey may filming the newest season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and she seems happy that NeNe Leakes won’t be returning to the show.
Cynthia and NeNe used to be great friends, but something happened between them that completely ruined the friendship. These days, Bailey may be looking forward to a new season without Leakes.
But Cynthia Bailey has an interesting storyline. Her husband was recently accused of cheating on her, which was something that was echoed by Porsha Williams. On the previous season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Porsha told Phaedra Parks that she knew that Peter was making the rounds around Atlanta, but she couldn’t provide the proof.
According to a new Bravo report, Cynthia Bailey is now revealing that marriage is hard, especially while being on a reality show. When Cynthia and Peter started filming the show, they were engaged but she wasn’t eager to get hitched. These days, Bailey is dealing with cheating rumors as Peter was caught in an Instagram video with another woman.
“Marriage is not easy. Especially when you work on a reality show together,” Cynthia has revealed, adding, “We are the only couple that has actually gotten married on the show. Every year of our marriage has been aired on the Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
This statement was made after a scandalous video was released by a bar-hopping person, who spotted Peter Thomas getting cozy with another woman. Nothing really happened in the video, other than Peter hugging the girl and perhaps grabbing her a bit inappropriately.
Cynthia quickly came to his defense, saying that they were still together and going strong. These days, Bailey admits that marriage is tough. Interesting enough, Peter has been accused of faking the cheating scandal for a possible storyline. But Bailey isn’t giving this theory a thought.
“Making it to our five-year anniversary is a blessing,” Cynthia Bailey reveals, adding, “We plan on taking a trip together to celebrate the month of December. I would love to go to the Maldives. We are still deciding. As long as there is a beautiful beach, a spa, great food and cocktails, and no TV, I’m good.”
According to the Inquisitr, it will be interesting to see how Cynthia Bailey will share on this upcoming season. As Bailey points out, the show isn’t just about one person, which is why the show will survive without Leakes.
