‘The Bachelor’ Has Its New Guy: Ben Higgins Has Reportedly Been Revealed To Be Handing Out Roses Next Season
Ben Higgins is about to get one more chance at love, as he is apparently slated to be on The Bachelor next fall. If you caught the latest episode of The Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe failed to give him a rose and ended up breaking his heart. However, E! News is reporting that he will indeed be back to give love another shot.
The Bachelor has been reviving previous contestants for quite a few seasons now. Ben has been rumored to be the next man to find his soulmate in front of millions of viewers. It looks like that is supposedly about to happen. Even though it looks like a contract has not yet been signed between ABC and Higgins, E! News says that their sources are apparently sure that he has been chosen to be on the reality show.
Ben was the third runner up last night, going home without a rose in hand. However, the tables will now be turned. He will be the rose-giver in a few weeks. The 26-year-old came with no drama at all, considering that the remaining two men, Nick Viall and Shawn Booth, pretty much made up for it. It looked like Ben just didn’t have the husband material that Kaitlyn was looking for. He never got to have her meet his family, as the other two guys did.
Typically, a bachelor or bachelorette that is chosen for the upcoming season is not announced until the current season has its finale. Host Chris Harrison usually announces the name during the finale show. So, it looks like it won’t be totally official until that time.
Ben Higgins seems like a romantic type of guy. It also helps that he is quite handsome and can charm his way into a woman’s heart. It certainly worked on Kaitlyn, but not enough in the long run. He is not as boisterous as Shawn, which may be a good thing, but his sweet nature made him popular on the reality show. Who wouldn’t love this guy, who obviously loves kids, as well?

Ben did tell Kaitlyn that he loved her last night, which made it so much more heartbreaking for him to not have gotten that rose. When all is said and done, it may all work out just fine for this new bachelor.
He will also be on The Bachlorette: The Men Tell All next Monday night, so it will be interesting to see what he has to say to the girl who broke his heart. The Inquisitr revealed some details on what can be expected as Kaitlyn Bristowe sits in the hot seat.
The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have such a huge fan base and they always look forward to the announcement on who will be the next one to hand out roses.
