Vicki Gunvalson And Meghan Edmonds Battle Over Cancer: ‘Yes It Is Personal’
Vicki Gunvalson has been dealing with quite a bit this season after she lost her mother back in February. In addition, Gunvalson has been defending Brooks Ayers, who is currently dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Vicki didn’t feel the support from her co-stars when Tamra Barney didn’t reach out over the summer. In addition, the newest housewife has been questioning Ayers’ illness.
And while Vicki Gunvalson just wants support from her friends and family members, it sounds like things will only get worse for her as The Real Housewives of Orange County continues to air. It is clear that this season is one of the worst ones for Gunvalson, and it has been filled with grief and emotion.
According to a new tweet, Vicki Gunvalson is now getting involved in the Twitter conversations in regards to Brooks’ cancer storyline. Meghan King Edmonds has called him out several times, but Vicki doesn’t think that she truly understands what it is like to deal with someone who has such a serious illness. But in reality, King Edmonds is a support system to Jimmy’s daughter, whose mother is dealing with a terminal illness.
“Her friend and step-daughter’s mother LeAnn is terminally ill,” one Twitter follower wrote to Meghan, pointing out that she was also dealing with Jimmy’s ex-wife’s sickness, which had Edmonds replying, “thank you.”
It is no secret that Meghan and Vicki Gunvalson have been feuding about Brooks’ cancer diagnosis. While Vicki was truly struggling with the diagnosis, Edmonds has called him out for lying about having the illness. But Brooks doesn’t want Vicki to fight this on her own. Ayers got involved with the online feud, telling Meghan that she can’t compare his situation to her own experiences.
“Not true in MY case. My treatments were once every six weeks. Got Dr’s clearance!” Brooks replied to Meghan, with a Twitter follower chiming in, “We are talking about cancer.A personal serious &private illness. God bless you & Vicki.”
“Yes it is personal and people need to respect privacy,” Vicki Gunvalson added to the conversation.
And it doesn’t sound like Gunvalson’s co-star is respecting her privacy. According to the Inquisitr, this isn’t the first time that Vicki Gunvalson and Meghan have gone head-to-head over Brooks’ illness. Vicki has called her out for being clueless as not every cancer patient is dying, losing his or her hair and living in a hospice-like situation.
