If you’re expecting to say goodbye to Hollywood’s favorite family royalty, the Kardashians–think again. The family has reportedly received a whopping 40 million payday from E! which would see the family’s reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians well into 2015.
It is reported the most profitable pay that any reality star has seen, but of course that doesn’t include the other spin-off reality shows E! has made with the Kardashian siblings, such as, Kim and Kourtney Take New York, and Khloe & Lamar, which are both still airing and in production on the network, but not included in the huge payday contract negotiated by E!
According to the contract, the whole Kardashian-Jenner brood is covered by this negotiation, including Kim, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian-Odom, and Bruce, Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, which also makes the network viable to option more spin-offs with the family, and why not? Nielsen ratings revealed that the Ryan Seacrest produced Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s average three million viewers per episode. With that kind of demand it’s easy to see why the network paid the clan so much money, especially when the shows highlight some of their excessive and lavish lifestyles.
Think the family is worried about the possibility of over-exposure? Think again! Khloe Kardashian-Odom went on to say, “I never worry about it. I never even think about it.”
Of course while the family’s main concerns seems to be expanding their growing empire, with Kim Kardashian’s branding company, and other endeavors, TMZ reports that the contract is clear that it doesn’t extend past the reality show, stating, “Our sources say the $40-plus million deal does not include all of the products and other items associated with the show that Kim, Kris and the rest of the brood are able to hock.”
