Jenelle Evans Feuds With Mother Barbara In ‘Teen Mom 2’ Sneak Peek [Video]

Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara, are known for their heated arguments on Teen Mom 2. So, its no surprise that the latest clip of the series includes a dramatic moment between the two women. On July 11, Starcasm shared a preview of Thursday’s new episode.

“I’ve really been wanting to see Jace before we leave for vacation,” Jenelle Evans explains to cameras during the sneak peek clip. “I’ve been calling my mom to see if she’ll let me, but she’s ignoring me.”

As fans of Teen Mom 2 are aware, Barbara Evans has full custody of Jace, and has been his primary caregiver since months after he was born. Still, Jenelle Evans’ fiancé, Nathan Griffith, doesn’t seem to be convinced that she should have any sort of control when it comes to when Jenelle Evans sees him. He even claimed Barbara was using Jace against her.

“Your mom uses Jace to control you. It just shows what type of person she is. That’s your son. She needs to stop using your son against you to control you… That’s pathetic, dude.”

Jenelle Evans then goes on to claim her mother answered the phone eventually, but hung up and turned it off moments later.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Jenelle Evans opened up about her past mistakes, which include heroin use and violence, during an interview earlier this month. Speaking to People Magazine, Jenelle Evans claimed she’s recently become a much better parent to Jace and her youngest son with Griffith, Kaiser.

“My life has changed so much since I stopped doing drugs – my whole attitude has changed. I’m more active in my children’s lives, and I want to be at every milestone and special event they have. Being there for them is more important to me than going partying or doing drugs. Having Kaiser has kept me so busy and motivated that I don’t have time to hang out with the wrong crowd. I only focus on my sons, school and my future.”

Jenelle Evans and her fiancé, Griffith, took a break from their relationship earlier this year, during which they co-parented Kaiser.

“It was my first time co-parenting with the father of my child because [Jace’s father] wasn’t in his life. We were both very understanding and very fair about the days that we had Kaiser, [but] in the end, he realized that he wanted his family back.”
