Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown Reconciling? Tran & Brown Hint At Romance As Model Dishes On Rihanna [Video]
Are Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown reconciling, and what’s going on with Rihanna? Those are the questions that observers of the off-again, on-again relationships of those celebrities are asking. And the latest in the who’s-dating-whom category comes from 27-year-old supermodel Karrueche’s hint, reported the Mirror.
Although Tran broke up with Chris after she learned that he was the previously undisclosed father of a 13-month-old girl, she admitted that a reunion is possible with Brown.
“Us getting back together…I can’t say. I don’t know what the future holds,” said the model of the 26-year-old singer. “As of right now, I’m just completely focused on myself. I’m not trying to date anybody. I just want to figure out me and grow within myself.”
But don’t hope for dramatic statements from Karrueche about her former boyfriend. Tran made a point of emphasizing that she dislikes drama and has attempted to keep her relationship with Chris positive. Talking about Brown with Ryan Seacrest, the would-be actress focused on taking an upbeat approach to her current relationship with her ex.
“There’s no drama between us. It’s cordial. It’s cool. It’s peaceful. I don’t like drama,” she clarified.
As for whether she’s dreaming of someone else, Karrueche also revealed that she has no desire to date at this point in her life.
“I couldn’t even think to date somebody right now. I don’t wanna go down that road, and I haven’t met anybody yet.”
But that’s not what Chris says. Brown confessed that he still is in love with Tran. However, he contends that he’s busy with his baby daughter at the moment.
“Yeah, of course. I’m not a hateful person, you know. Of course I still love [Karrueche]. But I’m just, mentally right now, I’m just, I think everything takes time, you know. I think I just need to focus on being the best father I can be.”
As for Rihanna, Tran stated that she has no bad feelings about Brown’s ex-girlfriend, reported Us Weekly.
“We just dated the same guy, and that’s kind of what it is,” explained Tran. “It’s always a competition thing and they compare us, but she is Rihanna. She’s a pop star and she’s beautiful and she makes great music, and I’m just me and I’m growing and working into myself. You can’t compare us because we’re two completely different girls.”
As the Inquisitr reported, Rihanna recently got attention at the 2015 BET Awards when she duct-taped Floyd Mayweather’s mouth.
And some on social media thought it might be a hint for Tran.
“Rihanna planning on kidnapping Karrueche, that’s why she got that duct tape #BETAwards2015,” tweeted one observer.
