Kristin Cavallari: Baby Girl Pregnancy News For Jay Cutler & Paleo Diet Advocate Cavallari [Photos]


Kristin Cavallari is having a baby girl. She and husband Jay Cutler announced the perky pink news via the Kristin Cavallari Official App, reported People.

“The boys are so excited to have a little sister on the way!” declared Cavallari.

The baby girl will make three for the family parented by the 28-year-old former reality star, who has transitioned to becoming a designer. Cutler, 32, is known as the Chicago Bears quarterback.

And although Kristin and Jay’s sons are young (Jaxon Wyatt is 14 months, while Camden Jack celebrates his third birthday in August), Cavallari is already experienced in the delicate art of raising children amid the celebrity spotlight.

To help the children grow up away from the tabloids’ scrutiny, they traveled for a vacation to Santa Claus, Indiana. That’s Jay’s own hometown, and Cavallari (with her baby girl bump carefully cushioned) is happily spending time with family while exploring places such as Holiday World.

“My little man had the best time with his cousin today,” she wrote on her Instagram page.

The mom of soon-to-be three describes herself as a “wife, mother, jewelry & shoe designer.” She’s excited about her “Balancing in Heels” line, set to roll out in March of 2016.

As the Inquisitr reported, after the birth of her second child, Kristin lost 20 pounds using a Paleo-style low-carb diet.

Cavallari emphasizes vegetables, organic protein, and healthy fats such as coconut oil in a Paleo-style diet.

“I don’t eat any toxic chemicals and I try to eat organic as often as possible. We eat a ton of veggies, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish… I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything.”

In addition, Kristin believes in exercising as soon as possible after the baby is born, reported E! News.

After each baby, Cavallari estimates it takes three months to restore her pre-pregnancy body.

“I started working out when Jax was three weeks old,” revealed the designer. “I’ve been working out four to five times a week for 30 to 45 minutes at home, doing tons of leg work like squats, lunges and lifting weights. I want to start Pilates again to focus on my core.”

And Kristin focuses on her lower body while admitting that getting her tummy to get trim again isn’t easy.

“I’ve really been focusing on my legs and butt. My stomach needs the most work but that takes time more than anything and diet plays a huge role,” she added. “I’m still a couple of pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight, but it took a solid three months with Camden and I think it will be the same this time.”
