Jennifer Garner: Ring Spotted On Garner’s Finger Could Be A Sign The Couple Plans To Reconcile

Jennifer Garner’s ring was spotted on her finger during a recent outing in New York City, and this could be a sign that the 43-year-old actress isn’t quite ready to move on from her husband, Ben Affleck. However, it appears that Ben is ready for the impending divorce as he was seen without his wedding ring on the same day, the Daily Mail reports.

Although many were surprised when Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their divorce after 10 years of marriage, a few of the couple’s close friends weren’t surprised to hear the news, according to People.

“They have both been very open about their marriage struggles,” a source told People. “This split, was inevitable. If there’s any surprise, it’s how long it took to happen,” a close friend of the couple told the site.

Rumors that a divorce was in the star couple’s future gained momentum in mid-May after several websites claimed that the couple no longer lived together. Affleck and Garner reportedly announced their plans to divorce to US Weekly in late June. However, the site claims the pair also revealed that they will continue to live together and co-parent their three children.

“They don’t want this to be War of the Roses,” a source was quoted as saying. “They want it to be simple, and this takes the drama out of it. It is important for them to keep this nice and efficient for the sake of their family.”

According to several sources close to the actress, aspects such as the infidelities of the actor, his gambling and alcohol addiction, were some of the reasons that precipitated the divorce.

“She tried to leave him a few times, but he would beg her to stay,” another close friend of the actress told the magazine.

According to the publication, friends of Garner revealed last year that Affleck admitted that he had been unfaithful. That was when the actress kicked Ben out of the home they shared together, but eventually took him back and decided to forgive him.

There have been many speculations about the inevitable divorce of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. Now, it is said that it was the constant infidelities by Ben, which caused a split in one of the most stable couples in Hollywood. However, Affleck continues to deny the cheating allegations.
