Kim Kardashian’s 4th Of July: Reality Star Shows Her Stars & Stripes [Photos]
Kim Kardashian took advantage of showing off her patriotic flare on the Fourth of July. The 34-year-old reality star got into the holiday spirit by wearing a whimsical outfit in a rare candid pic.
Kardashian shared a new photo on her Instagram page over the weekend. In the photo, she wears an American flag bathing suit with a matching sequin American flag shorts. Kardashian also shows a lot of cleavage in the photo, which is covered up by her red, white, and blue necklaces. She completes her fun look with an American flag fanny pack, knee socks, and a baseball cap with the word, “‘MERICA.”
It’s unclear when Kim’s photo was taken. Some fans noted how much younger and fresh faced she looked in the photo. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, 38, so it could be an old photo. It also appears that Kim’s stomach is covered up with the fanny pack, which means it’s hard to tell if she was pregnant at the time the photo was taken.
That’s not all Kardashian did to ring in the Fourth of July. She also took to Instagram to share an old photo of West smiling and putting his hands up, amid a backdrop of the American flag. The photo was reportedly taken from his “Otis” music video. Kardashian captioned the photo: “Happy 4th of July!”
The pop culture icon also took to Instagram on Friday to confess that she doesn’t get Botox while she’s pregnant. Kim, of course, shared a striking photo of herself in her infamous contouring makeup, and nothing much else. Kim also shared that she’s planning a “contouring makeup tutorial” for her “changing pregnant face” on her newly launched website.
“No I don’t do fillers or Botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting. You would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that! Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up. The challenge is trying to adjust the makeup to make me feel normal.”
Kardashian has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors ever since she’s been in the spotlight. Both fans and the media have speculated about her changing face and her famous assets. Kardashian has previously admitted that she’s had Botox injections. On an episode of KUWTK back in 2010, she was seen having a bad reaction to the procedure. Kardashian also told E! News that she “hated” getting Botox, but it looks like she does, just not when she’s pregnant.
In Touch Weekly recently reached out to Kim’s reps, and they said that she hasn’t had any recent work done to her face since learning that she’s pregnant. However, a plastic surgeon compared recent photos of Kim to the ones before she was pregnant and told In Touch that her Botox claims are bogus.
“It appears that she has had Botox to her forehead and in between her eyebrows. Her cheeks are rounder and her cheekbones are higher, suggesting fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane. It looks like Kim has had lip fillers, they are fuller than we have seen in old photos.”
Kim Kardashian’s recent Instagram photos also provide proof of her ever-changing looks. Fans also noted how different Kim looked on the July 16-30, 2015 cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Some claimed that she looked much like 2007/2008 self, when she famously dated football player Reggie Bush.
