Can’t Attend San Diego Comic Con This Year? Here’s How To Watch It Instead

For many television, movie, and gaming fans, San Diego Comic Con is the place to be to find out the latest news on all your favorite things. However, there is nothing sadder than the fan who can’t attend. But don’t despair, here’s how you can watch San Diego Comic Con 2015 from home – or parts of it anyway.

  • As we published last week, Conan will be broadcasting four episodes directly from San Diego Comic Con 2015. The line up for his shows include cast from AMC’s The Walking Dead, HBO’s Game of Thrones and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2. Chris Hardwick will be there as well as Elijah Woods and a very special mystery cast guest appearance on the last night. You can view all the details on Conan’s special Comic Con screenings here.
  • IGN will be hosting a four hour show every day from Thursday through to Sunday. It will run between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Their broadcasts will be able to be viewed across a host of devices including: PC, Tablet, Phone, Android, iOS, XBox, PlayStation, Roku and Amazon Fire TV. According to IGN, they will be “talking to folks from your favorite TV shows and movies, including Deadpool, The Walking Dead, Hitman: Agent 47, The Flash, Arrow, Ash vs. Evil Dead, Gotham, Agent Carter, Supergirl and many others.” They will also be “showcasing game demos from Nintendo, LEGO and more.” IGN will post their full schedule for their Comic Con broadcasts here from next Monday.
  • IGN will also be teaming up with The Nerd Machine to stream their Conversations For a Cause panels from Nerd HQ. Guest will include: William Shatner, Joss Whedon and Yvonne Strahovski as well as many more. Fans can check out this streaming event via a YouTube broadcast occuring here.

While there is a limited selection of San Diego Comic Con events on offer for fans to watch, it is better than having nothing at all to do on the days you know everything is happening in San Diego!

If you can’t attend San Diego Comic Con this year, make sure you check out Conan, IGN and Nerd HQ’s special screenings as well as checking back here at The Inquisitr as we post the latest news from all the panels at the San Diego Comic Con 2015.
